On Tha' Roxx Event Staffing & Beverage Services reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request at its sole discretion. All services are subject to availability and a signed service agreement.
2. SMS Communications & Text Messaging
By opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from On Tha' Roxx regarding your event inquiry, booking confirmation, scheduling updates, and event reminders. Your phone number will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How to Opt Out

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in your individual service agreement signed at the time of booking. Deposits are generally non-refundable within 30 days of the event date. Please review your contract carefully or contact us for clarification.

On Tha' Roxx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on information provided on this website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
